Surebonder 5950 Electric Nailer with Case
I bought this nail gun to secure molding strips after I tiled the floor. It worked well. My only complaint is it took 2 weeks to receive and it was put in a larger box with very little packing, thus it bounced around in the box during shipping.

Worked great for nailing about 30 nails. Then jammed. After I cleared the jam, it stopped working. I sent it to FPC Corporation, which is the manufacturer. That was a waste of time and money (for shipping). They did absolutely nothing to fix it and shipped the broken gun back.

I strongly suggest that you do not purchase this product. I used it to attach a chair rail and some trim in one room. It worked fine for almost an hour and then I smelled smoke; it stopped working. I had to borrow a friends’ nail gun in order to finish my project. Get yourself a compressor style nail gun and save yourself the frustration.

I purchased this tool with overnight delivery and came in a eventually did what I expected. Let me explain.
I took the nailer out of the case, loaded it up with nails and the first nail jammed or that is what I thought. I started by using the instructions taking the cover off and started loosening the bolt, the hammer returned to normal and was not jammed anymore.
I think the bolts were over tightened. After that I went on and used the tool as expected.
It does matter what electric receptacle I use during the nailing, if the circuit has enough power, it nails the head down flush, if not; it leaves the head where you have to set it.
So far I love what it does. I use it for nailing quarter round down after new laminate installations.

I purchased this product to install quarter rounds in the bedroom. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I pressed on the gun, 90% of the nails wouldn’t go all the way through. I was also disappointed in the return policy.
